Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at swankdenshop@gmail.com.
To process your claim, we may require photo or video evidence of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care and beauty products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order Processing & Shipping
As a drop shipping business, some items may ship from different suppliers and locations. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
